Take a morning to get your hair done, work on a craft project or do some window shopping. You deserve it, and you’ll have more energy and joy to devote to your family if you take time to relax and enjoy yourself periodically.
All programs require that you call ahead. Some have availability only as space allows, differing from room to room and day to day, while others allow you to sign up for a regular schedule of one or more days a week. Also note that part-time centers are not required to be licensed. Always investigate potential childcare providers fully to ensure they meet your standards.
